60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying Meltiva. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligible refunds cover the purchase price paid for the approved Meltiva product. Any conditions or exclusions to a money-back guarantee should be displayed clearly wherever the guarantee is advertised.
Eligibility
To qualify for our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The product must have been purchased directly from meltivas.com.
- You must provide your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- The guarantee is limited to one approved refund per product, customer, household, or shipping address.
- You must follow any return instructions provided by our customer-support team.
Opened or partially used products may qualify for the guarantee. You do not need to finish the entire package before contacting us.
Purchases made through another retailer or marketplace must be returned through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s refund policy.
How to Request a Refund

Include the following information:
- Your full name;
- Order number;
- Product for which you are requesting a refund;
- Email address used for the purchase;
- A brief explanation of your experience; and
- Photographs of the product and packaging, if requested.
We may ask you to return the remaining product and original packaging before approving the refund. Do not mail a product back without first receiving return instructions from our support team.
Refund Amount
Once approved, we will refund the purchase price paid for the eligible product.
Unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law:
- Expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable;
- International customs fees, duties, and taxes are nonrefundable;
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; and
- Gift cards and promotional credits are not redeemable for cash.
If an order received a bundle, multi-buy, promotional, or subscription discount, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid for the eligible product.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We cannot issue a refund to a different card, account, or payment method.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives:
- Damaged;
- Defective;
- Incomplete;
- Incorrect; or
- Unusable because of a packaging issue.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping package, and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Meltiva is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the delivery location and surrounding area;
- Ask members of your household or neighbours;
- Contact the shipping carrier; and
- Contact Meltiva customer support for assistance.
We will review these situations individually but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal orders but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
An eligible subscription order may still qualify under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refund eligibility is limited to the most recent eligible shipment unless otherwise approved by Meltiva.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not covered unless required by law:
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery;
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers;
- Products obtained through giveaways, samples, or complimentary promotions;
- Gift cards;
- Products substantially consumed through misuse or excessive use;
- Orders associated with fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or repeated guarantee claims;
- Products damaged through improper storage or use contrary to label instructions; and
- Products returned without authorization when authorization was required.
Right to Prevent Abuse
Meltiva reserves the right to deny a refund when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, excessive refund activity, duplicate claims, policy manipulation, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
This restriction does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
The policy in effect when your order was placed will generally apply to that order.
