If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the website or purchase Meltiva products.
By using the website, you represent that:

- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You are legally permitted to use the payment method submitted; and
- Your use of the website complies with applicable laws.
Meltiva products are intended for adults unless the applicable product label expressly states otherwise.

6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect pricing or product information;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- Suspected resale or commercial redistribution;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Violation of these Terms; or
- Technical or processing errors.
An order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-processor timing.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, peak periods, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.
If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and Meltiva customer support promptly.
International customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products can legally be imported into their destination and for paying applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products
Purchases are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used ingestible products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or otherwise returnable under applicable law.
To report a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within [30] days of delivery and provide:

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Meltiva content without prior written permission.
No right to use any Meltiva trademark, trade dress, product design, or logo is granted by these Terms.

You may not submit fake reviews, reviews for products you have not used, or content written on behalf of another person.

We may remove content that violates these Terms but are not obligated to monitor every submission. Federal rules prohibit a range of deceptive practices involving fake or misleading reviews and testimonials.

Meltiva disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that:
- The website will always be available or secure;
- Website information will always be complete or error-free;
- A product will produce a particular result;
- Products will be suitable for every person; or
- Reviews or testimonials will reflect your experience.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELTIVA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meltiva’s total liability arising from a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meltiva and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your unlawful use of the website;
- Your misuse of a product;
- Content you submit;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity associated with your account.
22. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

23. Force Majeure

24. Governing Law and Venue

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms, the website, or Meltiva products will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
This provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible matter in small claims court.

26. No Waiver
A failure by Meltiva to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, subscription disclosures, and any additional terms presented at checkout, constitute the complete agreement between you and Meltiva concerning the Services.
