THE PART NOBODY PLANS FOR
It passes through faster than you take it up.
A bottle, a scoop, a shake, a chore.
HYDRATION is placed before the water, not instead of it. Ten seconds ahead.
Sodium and glucose are what carry water across the gut wall. Take those first and the glass already on your desk does more of what you drank it for. No bottle to prepare, nothing to finish.
Not against a packet. Against the water you were already going to drink.
STEP 1
TEN SECONDS
Ten seconds, before anything else.
STEP 2
No mixing, no bottle, no sixteen ounces to force down.
STEP 3
Same water, different afternoon.
WHY SODIUM AND GLUCOSE
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
01 INDIVIDUALLY SEALED
Every strip is sealed in its own pouch. Two in a jacket, two in a bag, two in the drawer at work. No bottle rattling around, no lid, no spills.
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
01 INDIVIDUALLY SEALED
Every strip is sealed in its own pouch. Two in a jacket, two in a bag, two in the drawer at work. No bottle rattling around, no lid, no spills.
02 NOTHING TO WASH DOWN
The strip is placed on your tongue and melts. Nothing to wash down with a glass of water you do not have.
03 DISCREET BY DESIGN
Nothing to unpack and nothing to swallow, so you can take one at a dinner table without turning it into a conversation.
01 / 03
No proprietary blends and no fairy dust amounts.
Here is what is in a HYDRATE strip and what each one is doing for you.
USP
The electrolyte that helps your body actually hold the water you drink.
free-form
Pulls fluid into your cells, where hydration counts.
anhydrous, dextrose
A trace of glucose that helps water and sodium absorb faster.
5:1 freeze-dried
Adds naturally occurring potassium to round out the electrolyte mix.
Gentle, easy to absorb magnesium for normal muscle and nerve function.
Here is the human research behind what HYDRATE is built to do.
Researchers gave people the same volume of fluid at four different sodium levels. The more sodium the drink carried, the more of it stayed in the body. The lowest sodium version was mostly passed as urine.
Your kidneys use sodium concentration to decide whether to hold water or dump it. Drink water with nothing in it and the body reads the extra as surplus.
A pooled analysis of ten randomized trials found that a single oral dose of taurine improved endurance performance compared with placebo.
Taurine sits inside the cell and helps it hold its water volume and handle calcium during contraction. You lose it in sweat alongside the minerals everyone talks about.
When researchers ranked common drinks by how long the fluid stayed in the body, the ones carrying both sodium and sugar outlasted plain water by a clear margin.
A single protein in your intestinal wall carries sodium and glucose across together, and water follows by osmosis. Neither one moves much water on its own. This is the principle behind oral rehydration therapy.
In a crossover trial after exercise in the heat, coconut water restored fluid balance as well as a sports drink and better than plain water, and people found it easier to keep drinking.
Coconut water carries potassium alongside sodium. Sodium pulls water into the space around your cells, potassium works inside them. Together they refill both compartments instead of one.
Magnesium is used in over 300 enzyme reactions, including the ones that let muscles contract and release. Research reviews link magnesium status to exercise performance and recovery.
Calcium contracts a muscle. Magnesium is what lets it let go. Bound to glycine it absorbs more reliably and sits easier in the stomach than the oxide form most supplements use.
Hydration is water, plus the minerals that help you hold on to it. Almost every product sells you the second part welded to a drink you have to build, flavor, carry and finish. This is the second part on its own. Take a strip, drink whatever water is already in front of you, and let your bottle keep tasting like water.

Water costs none of this. Neither does a strip.
You were going to drink the water anyway.
Approximate and category typical. Sugar shown at four grams a cube. Coconut water sugars occur naturally. General comparison, not specific products.
