PHARMACIST FORMULATED FOR SUGAR CRAVINGS · 30 STRIPS · GREEN TEA & GINGER FLAVOR
The taste change starts in about ten seconds and fades on its own in around thirty minutes.
One a day covers the usual afternoon, so a pack is a month. If dinners out and evenings are both a problem, two or three a day is common and two packs is the better order.

THE PART NOBODY PLANS FOR
Sweet taste sets off a reward signal.
Same hour, same room, same cue.
CURB is placed where the taste side of that happens. On your tongue.
That’s a lot to overcome with discipline alone. Whatever you’re already doing to eat the way you want, this is what helps you stay on track through the afternoon.
You do not have to take this for a month to form an opinion. Try it on day one.
STEP 1
Take a bite. Notice how good it tastes.
STEP 2
ABOUT A MINUTE
Wait about a minute.
STEP 3
Judge for yourself. That is the whole point of the test.
WHAT GYMNEMA DOES
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
01 INDIVIDUALLY SEALED
Every strip is sealed in its own pouch. Two in a jacket, two in a bag, two in the drawer at work. No bottle rattling around, no lid, no spills.
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
01 INDIVIDUALLY SEALED
Every strip is sealed in its own pouch. Two in a jacket, two in a bag, two in the drawer at work. No bottle rattling around, no lid, no spills.
02 NOTHING TO WASH DOWN
The strip is placed on your tongue and melts. Nothing to wash down with a glass of water you do not have.
03 DISCREET BY DESIGN
Nothing to unpack and nothing to swallow, so you can take one at a dinner table without turning it into a conversation.
01 / 03
No proprietary blends and no fairy dust amounts.
Here is what is in a CURB strip and what each one is doing for you.
Chromium (as chromium picolinate)
Supports your body's normal use of sugar, taking the edge off the reach for something sweet.
(Crocus sativus)
Eases the emotional pull toward food, so you snack less between meals.
(Gymnema sylvestre)
Turns your sweet taste down, so sugary food is less tempting.
(Momordica charantia)
Supports steady blood sugar, so hunger stays predictable instead of spiking.
(Cinnamomum cassia)
Helps your body handle carbs smoothly, so the after meal dip does not turn into a craving.
Here is the human research behind what CURB is built to do.
Over eight weeks, women taking saffron extract cut their snacking episodes by 55%, against 28% on placebo. Nobody was asked to restrict calories.
Saffron acts on serotonin signalling, which is where the urge to eat comes from when you are not actually hungry. That is a separate lever from fullness, and it is the one that drives snacking.
Randomized studies show gymnemic acids bind to the sweet taste receptors on your tongue, lowering both how sweet food tastes and how much you want it. In one crossover study, people ate about 21% less chocolate in the 15 minutes after a gymnema mint.
Gymnemic acids sit in the same pocket on the receptor that sugar normally binds to. Nothing is numbed and other tastes are untouched. The block lasts roughly 30 to 60 minutes and fades on its own.
In a randomized trial in adults with newly raised blood sugar, four weeks of bitter melon lowered fasting glucose.
Bitter receptors on the tongue and in the gut trigger the hormones that signal you have eaten. They have to be tasted to fire, which a swallowed capsule cannot do and a dissolving strip can.
A pooled analysis of randomized trials found cinnamon lowered fasting blood sugar.
Research points to type A polymers making insulin receptors more responsive, so glucose clears instead of spiking and crashing. The crash is usually what sends you looking for the next thing to eat.
In a randomized placebo controlled trial, adults taking chromium picolinate ate less at a test meal and reported less hunger and fewer fat cravings than the placebo group.
Chromium is thought to support the insulin signal at the receptor. Bound to picolinic acid it survives the gut and absorbs several times better than the chloride form.
Gymnemic acids act by contacting the sweet taste receptors on your tongue. Swallow them inside a capsule and they go straight past those receptors. A strip melts on the tongue, which is the only place that particular ingredient has anything to act on.
